Welcome to our August New Starters!

i-Pharm Consulting welcomed 8 new members to the family in August 2022. A very warm welcome to the team! 
 
Agustin Monaco has joined our Finance Team as a Payroll and Billing Manager here in our London HQ. Agustin brings with him over 10 years of experience within Finance. 
 
Amber Rose Rommers has joined as our new Senior Learning & Development Consultant. Part of our People & Culture Team, Amber comes with just over three years of experience in the L&D space, where she previously spent her time developing consultants from trainee level all the way up to leadership. 
 
Andrew Isselin has joined the Medical Affairs team over in Los Angeles as a Senior Consultant. Andrew comes with four years of experience within the Healthcare, Scientific and Technology recruitment industry. 
 
Ela Cela joins our Talent Acquisition Team in London as a TA Specialist. Ela joins with over 12 months of experience as an Internal Recruiter and Brand Ambassador where she placed many candidates and ran graduate careers fairs. 
 
James Cates has joined our Biometrics team in Charlotte as a Senior Consultant and is focusing on Data Management. James comes with one year of experience in recruitment having done both 180 and 360 recruitment. 
 
Kailas McLymont has joined our Finance team in the London office as a Contracts and Billing Clerk. Kailas comes with 6 months of experience working as a Junior Accountant and achieved a First Class Honours in Accounting and Finance BSc from the University of East Anglia. 
 
Katie Mann has joined the QA/Tech Ops team here in our London office as a Recruitment Consultant. Katie joins with two years of experience within recruitment, where she built up the company client base from next to nothing in her previous role whilst being a consistent biller and training and supporting new consultants. 
 
Manpreet Bhullar has joined the MSP team in our London HQ as a Senior MSP Consultant. Manpreet comes to us with a strong pedigree having spent over a year working within the Life Sciences Recruitment industry and recently just gained a PhD in Chemistry.
