Today is World Mental Health Day and this year’s theme is to make mental health for all, a global priority. Here at i-Pharm Consulting, one of our core focuses throughout the year is our employees’ general wellbeing, especially mental health.
In addition to our free counselling sessions via our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), we have put together a wellbeing pack for all our staff globally, with the aim to mobilize efforts to support those experiencing mental health issues both internal and external to our organization.
